He graduated in Economics and Business Administration from “BOCCONI” University in Milan in 1990 and he is registered in the Roll of Certified Public Accountants of Milan, in the Register of Legal Auditors, on the panel of court-appointed experts of the Court of Busto Arsizio, where he is also an official liquidator and he’s on the panel of Performance Evaluation Units of Public Function Department from more than 8 years.

• He is an expert in corporate law, tax law and litigation.
• He is specialised in the drafting of financial statements, tax advice related to non – recurring corporate transaction (company re-organisations, merger, acquisitions, contributions, splits, sales, shareholdings) , preparation of certified estimate of the assets of the company and share-holding.
• He manages the assistance of clients before Tax Courts in all Litigations Stages in relation to direct taxes, value added tax and inheritance taxes.
