m.rancati@cls-commercialisti.it Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the INSUBRIA University of Varese in 2004 and subsequently qualified as a chartered accountant. He is registered in section A of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Busto Arsizio, in the Register of Statutory Auditors, in the List of Auditors of local authorities and in the register of Technical Consultants of the Office at the Civil Court of Busto Arsizio. He usually holds the office of member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in limited companies also with the function of Sole Auditor or Sole Statutory Auditor.

He is specialised in drafting financial statements and in preparing tax returns, particularly for companies from the industrial, commercial, real estate and service areas, as well as extraordinary corporate consultancy (mergers, transformations, etc.) and tax disputes.
